Waiver Terms

Please read the following carefully before proceeding to your signature.

1. Nature of Service

The Mobile Star provides a mobile music-production and recording-studio experience for entertainment purposes only. Sessions may include creating original instrumental music on production equipment, vocal recording, or both, conducted using industry-standard professional audio equipment. This service is not intended for commercial music production, artist development, or professional recording contracts.

2. Voluntary Participation

My participation is entirely voluntary. I am under no obligation to create music, record vocals, or continue any session, and I may stop at any time without consequence.

3. Recording Authorization

I authorize The Mobile Star and Awesomentertainment to record any beats, instrumentals, voice, and performance I create or contribute during my session. I understand that the completed track belongs entirely to me. The Mobile Star retains no rights to my track, composition, or performance. No commercial use of my track will be made by The Mobile Star without my explicit written consent.

4. Personal Responsibility

I represent that I am in good physical and emotional health and voluntarily choose to participate. I understand that participating in a session may involve sitting or standing at a production console, and speaking or singing in an enclosed acoustic booth for a period of time. I accept full responsibility for my own wellbeing during my session.

5. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby release, waive, and discharge The Mobile Star, Awesomentertainment, their owners, operators, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, losses, damages, or liabilities arising out of or related to my participation, including any injury, illness, discomfort, loss or damage to personal property, or dissatisfaction with the quality of my beat, track, or recording.

6. Indemnification

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims brought by third parties arising from my participation, including any claims related to the content of my beat, track, or recorded performance.

7. Content Responsibility

I take full responsibility for the content of my beat, track, and any recorded performance. I will not create or record material that is defamatory, threatening, or otherwise unlawful. The Mobile Star reserves the right to decline to record any content it deems inappropriate.

8. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California.
